Clip-in fringe
RETURNS
Fringes can be returned to the address below within 14 working days of receipt. The fringe must be in its original packaging, unworn (trying it on is permitted), and unaltered.
Any odors, washing, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the full purchase price.
The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.
Upon receipt of the fringe at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
Please always contact us regarding any defects.The estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-21 working days (depending on stock), excluding processing time in the warehouse/salon.
For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days if the product is immediately available from stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 10-14 business days.
The product can be shipped either uninsured or insured.
