RETURNS
The pony can be returned to the address below within 14 working days of receipt.
The pony must be in its original packaging, unworn (a fitting is permitted) and unaltered.
Any odors, washing, hair products or stains are not permitted.
Furthermore, the pony must be properly packaged. The customer must bear the return shipping costs.
The package must be insured by post for the amount of the purchase price.
The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.
Upon arrival at the salon/storage facility, the pony will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days.
For domestic shipments, the estimated time is 2-4 working days if the product is immediately available from the warehouse.
Otherwise, the shipping time is 14-21 working days.
