Our hairpieces are individually handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Each product is made and dyed specifically for you. As a result, slight color fading may occur after several washes, causing the shade to become minimally lighter. Of course, the hairpiece can be professionally re-dyed at any time by our team.
Optionally, you can order a test model in advance. This allows you to check the fit and get a first impression of the hairpiece before placing your final order.
NKAYE HAIRSYSTEM is not responsible for customs fees on international orders. The price does not include customs fees, as these vary from country to country and are beyond our control.
Customs duties for imports into Germany amount to 19% of the purchase price if the product is shipped from abroad.

RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Custom-made hairlines are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for specifying the correct colors and other details.
Should the product not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that minimal color variations may occur with custom-made wigs, as they are dyed by hand.If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of rectification after consultation.
If you are unsure, please order a test model first to check the fit.
The estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-21 working days (depending on stock), excluding processing time in the warehouse/salon.
For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days if the product is immediately available from stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 10-14 business days.
The product can be shipped either uninsured or insured.
