Toppers can be returned within 14 business days of receipt to the address below. The topper must be in its original packaging, unworn (you may try it on), and unaltered.
Any odors, washes, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the purchase price.
The package is the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible for any loss.
Once the wig arrives at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the results are positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
RETURN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTIONS
Custom-made toppers are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct measurements, colors, and other details.
If the product does not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that slight color variations may occur with custom-made wigs as they are dyed by hand.
If there are any defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of repair after consultation.
Estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-21 business days (depending on stock), excluding warehouse/salon processing time.
For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days if the product is immediately available from stock. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 10-14 business days.
The product can be shipped either uninsured or insured.
