RETURNS ON READY-MADE WIGS

Wigs can be returned to the address below within 14 working days of receipt. The wig must be in its original packaging, unworn (a fitting is permitted), and unaltered.

Any odors, washing, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the full purchase price.

The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.

Once the wig arrives at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.

RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Custom-made wigs are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct measurements, colors, and other details.

Should the product not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that minimal color variations may occur with custom-made wigs, as they are dyed by hand.

Should the desired changes differ from the customer's original specifications,
Nkaye did not cover the costs.

If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of rectification after consultation.

We also offer sample packs to ensure that customers know exactly what they are getting.

The estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-14 working days, excluding processing time in the warehouse/salon.

If the wig is not in stock and needs to be reordered, the processing time is approximately 8 weeks.
