RETURN OF FINISHED WIGS
Wigs can be returned within 14 business days of receipt to the address below. The wig must be in its original packaging, unworn (a fitting is permitted), and unaltered.
Any odors, washes, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the purchase price.
The package is the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible for any loss.
Once the wig arrives at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the results are positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
RETURN FOR INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTIONS
Custom-made wigs are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, colors, and other details.
If the product does not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that slight color variations may occur with custom-made wigs as they are dyed by hand.If the desired changes differ from the customer’s original specifications,
the costs for this were not covered by Nkaye.If there are any defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of repair after consultation.
