RETURNS
Mattress toppers can be returned to the address below within 14 working days of receipt. The topper must be in its original packaging, unworn (trying it on is permitted), and unaltered.
Any odors, washing, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the full purchase price.
The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.
Once the wig arrives at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Custom-made mattress toppers are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct dimensions, colors, and other details.
Should the product not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that minimal color variations may occur with custom-made wigs, as they are dyed by hand.If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of rectification after consultation.
