VELVET HALO Hair Extension
RETURNS
Halos can be returned to the sender's address within 3 working days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unworn (trying it on is permitted), and unaltered.
Any odors, washing, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The package must be insured for the full purchase price.
The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.
Upon receipt of the product at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Custom-made products are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct dimensions, colors, and other details.
Should the product not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that minimal color variations may occur in custom-made products, as they are dyed by hand.If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of rectification after consultation.
