SHIPMENT
WIGS:
The estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-14 working days.
excluding processing time in the warehouse/salon.
For domestic shipments, the estimated time is 2-4 working days.
Depending on the country, we use DHL or FedEx.
Once the wig is ready for shipping, the processing time is 2 working days.
If the wig is in stock and only needs to be dyed, the processing time is 7 working days.
If the wig is not in stock and needs to be reordered, the processing time is
approximately 8 weeks.
The shipping costs include insurance that covers the full value of the wigs.
BROWS / ACCESSORIES :
Estimated shipping time for international shipments is 7-14 business days, excluding warehouse/salon processing time.
For national shipments the estimated time is 2-4 business days.
If the products are in stock, the processing time is 2-3 business days.
If the product is out of stock, the processing time is 10-14 days.
