If you are unsure which model is right for you,
We would be happy to offer you a sample package for your home.
With the help of this package you can try on our wigs before buying. The two wig models we sent you have different caps, colors and densities so you can compare them directly. We are happy to support you via video consultation as you explore our sample package.
This includes:
2 wig models, QR codes for explanatory videos, 1 measuring tape, trial caps, 3 different knot colors, tapes, silk top fabrics, color ring
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Please note that the wigs are for fitting purposes only. The models must not have any odors, hairspray or any kind of alteration.
In case of damage or modifications to the products, we reserve the right to charge the customer the purchase price or the cost of the modification.
The postal delivery is free and insured up to 2500 Euro, the return is
60.00 Euro and will be offset against a final purchase.
We will organize a postal pickup of your sample package.
We charge a deposit of 2000 euros for the sample package. This deposit will be 100% refunded after the package has been successfully received and checked in our German warehouse.
