If you are unsure which model is right for you,

We would be happy to offer you a sample pack for home use.

This sample pack allows you to try on our wigs before purchasing. The two wig models we've sent you have different caps, colors, and densities, so you can compare them directly. We're happy to assist you with a video consultation to help you explore our sample pack.

This includes:

2 wig models, QR codes to explanatory videos, 1 measuring tape, try-on caps, 3 different knot colors, tapes, silk top fabrics, color ring

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Please note that the wigs are for fitting purposes only. The models must be free of odors, hairspray, or any alterations whatsoever.

In case of damage to or alteration of the products, we reserve the right to charge the customer the purchase price or the costs of the alteration.

Postal delivery is free and insured up to 2500 euros; return shipping costs are...

60.00 euros and will be credited towards a final purchase.

We will arrange for your sample pack to be picked up by mail.

We require a deposit of €2000 for the trial package. This deposit will be fully refunded to you after the package has successfully arrived at our warehouse in Germany and been inspected.
