RETURN POLICY
RETURNS FOR FINISHED PRODUCTS FROM THE ONLINE SHOP
Wigs can be returned by post to Germany or the United Arab Emirates within 14 working days of receipt.
The wig must be in its original packaging and unworn (a fitting is permitted).

Any odors, washing, hair products, or stains are not permitted. Furthermore, the wig must be properly packaged.
The customer must bear the costs for the return shipment.
The package must be insured by post for the amount of the purchase price.
The package remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Should the package go missing, the customer is responsible.
Once the wig arrives at the salon/warehouse, it will be inspected. If the inspection is positive, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.

Custom-made wigs are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct dimensions, colors, and other details.
Should the product not meet expectations, the color and cut can be adjusted.
Please note that minimal color variations may occur with custom-made wigs, as they are dyed by hand.
If there are defects or deviations that do not correspond to the customer's specifications, we will cover the costs of rectification after consultation.
